Yes! The new guy.
It's been a while since he's been seen in the trailers, but I haven't found the time (and of course, I forgot in the middle) to draw him. Here he is now!!

I really don't have a clue as to what role he'll play in the new Zelda series, but I think that he's pretty cool. Compared to the other villans etc in the Zelda series, he looks pretty much more like a human than anything else too. Based on what was released, I could only draw up to here. It was fun though

ahh such a beautiful picture of this great looking character. I remember when watching the conference after seeing the trailer I was waiting for it to be on youtube just to chekc out what this char looks exactly like to do fanart(but I failed)
You gave him a very mysterious expression, this smiling, it makes us wonder if he's an enemy or ally, which fit's his jester-like appearance very well, aww this look in his eyes, I wanna eat him!(ugh did I really wrote "eat"?)

This guy is really covered in veil! He appeared just one tiny little scene in the SS trailer... I guess we'll have to wait for the official release to find out if this guy is even an ally or not!

XD I know! Not much has been released now, but seeing the trailers and the goregeous graphic and colors!! I think this would be another must-have next to the two N64 series and TP.
